Jacksonville Jaguars at Miami Dolphins
Miami is a 4.5 point favorite with an O/U of 39
Jacksonville has had a horrendous season losing 9 of their last 10 games and they haven’t covered the spread on any of those 9 losses. One of the more impressive things about Miami is that they protect the ball with only two turnovers in the last four games. The Jaguars offense has been anemic with Cody Kessler as quarterback scoring only one touchdowns in the last 31 possessions.
I'm taking the Miami Dolphins and laying the points
Kansas City Chiefs at the Seattle Seahawks
Kansas City is a 2.5 point favorite with an O/U of 53.5
I think the Chiefs are just too powerful and have too many weapons for this Seattle defense. Seattle's defense couldn’t even prevent the 49ers from beating them last week and the Chiefs are much better team than the 49ers. With Baltimore breathing down Kansas City's neck I think the Chiefs will put up some big points against the Seahawks. I'm looking for this line to move closer to gametime from the 2.5 points to something a little higher.
I'm taking the Kansas City Chiefs
The Denver Broncos at the Oakland Raiders
Denver is a 2.5 point favorite with an O/U of 44
Oakland may be one of the worst teams in the league but I like this matchup against the Denver Broncos. Oakland is 4-2 against the spread in the last six weeks and the Denver’s offense is a mess right now scoring an average of 16.9 points in the last couple of games. Think about it, Denver was the favorite against the 49ers and the Browns and they lost both games. Oakland may not win but I think they'll keep a close.
I'm taking the Oakland Raiders

Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Dallas Cowboys
Cowboys are a 7 point favorite with an O/U of 46.5
The Cowboys seem to be surprising everyone. They have an 8 and 6 record and looked really good during their winning streak, beating teams like the Eagles (twice), Falcons, Redskins and Saints before being shut out by the Colts 23-0 last week. They’re also 5-0 ATS in their last five versus the NFC and 5-1 ATS in their last six overall. Tampa could make this game competitive for a while, but after that Colts’ game, Dallas will be looking to make a statement. I’m thinking that statement will come at Tampa’s expense.
Pick is Cowboys
Chicago Bears @ San Francisco 49ers
Bears are a 4 point favorite with an O/U of 42.5
A low line against San Francisco at home is how I got burned last week, as I sided with Seattle and the 49ers won outright. The 49ers are also dangerous in the regard that they have nothing to lose and that all 4 of their wins have come at home this season. However, the Bears still have a lot to play for even after clinching their division which is a first round bye. I expect them to win this game with a strong performance all around.
Pick is Bears
Jacksonville Jaguars @ Miami Dolphins
Dolphins are a 4.5 point favorite with an O/U of 39
The Jacksonville Jaguars are piling up the losses due to a lack of offense, as they've scored 18 or less points in eight of their last 10 games and are averaging just a little over 9 points in their last three games. The Miami Dolphins are coming off a beatdown loss to the Minnesota Vikings, a game in which they fell apart in the second half, but they're a different team at home, despite all six home wins being won by single digits.
Pick is Dolphins
